Get ready for an unforgettable summer at ORAMS Summer Camp 2026!
We are excited to offer an engaging, fun-filled, and academically enriching experience for students entering grades 5th–8th.
Begins: July 2026 | Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Location: Old Redford Academy Middle School, 22122 W. McNichols Rd., Detroit, MI 48219.
ORAMS Summer Camp is open to boys and girls entering 5th through 8th grade who are ready to learn, explore, and grow this summer. Our camp blends fun and academics to keep students engaged and energized, including weekly field trips, band and dance, arts and sports, enrichment sessions, and an academic bridge program focused on math and language arts. Students will build friendships, strengthen their academic skills, explore creative outlets, and stay active all summer long. Registration is coming soon, so be sure to stay tuned for sign-up details. Spots will fill quickly. This summer, give your child the opportunity to learn, lead, and thrive at ORAMS Summer Camp. We are proud to celebrate a major milestone at ORAMS, the induction of our first-ever Junior National Honor Society students. On January 14th, we officially welcomed these outstanding scholars into JNHS in recognition of their academic excellence, leadership, character, and commitment to service.
This achievement reflects their hard work and dedication, and we couldn’t be more excited to see how they continue to lead and inspire within our school community. Congratulations to our JNHS inductees. This is just the beginning of a bright future! 🌟

Our recent Lunch With a Loved One event was a wonderful opportunity for students and their families to slow down, reconnect, and share a meal together during the school day. It was heartwarming to see parents, guardians, and loved ones joining students for lunch, filling the room with smiles, laughter, and meaningful conversations.
Students truly enjoyed showing their families around and spending quality time together, while parents appreciated the chance to step into their child’s school day and connect in a special way. Events like this strengthen our school community and remind us how powerful family engagement can be.

We are so proud to recognize the outstanding achievements of our students who were celebrated during last month’s Honor Roll Assembly. These scholars have demonstrated dedication, perseverance, and a strong commitment to academic excellence, and their hard work truly deserves to be recognized.
Earning a spot on the honor roll is no small accomplishment, and each student should be proud of the effort it took to reach this goal. From maintaining strong grades to showing consistent responsibility and focus, these students continue to set a powerful example for their peers.
